Resolution No. 82-77 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. R€SOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CI'PY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC STREET IMPROVEMENTS y_,q ;WN, AS SW 70T9 AVENUE, SOUTHERLY OF SW HAMPTON STREET. WHEREAS, F.I.G. Holding Company proposed to improve SW 70th Avenue, southerly of SW Hampton Street, to certain City standards and specifications; and WHEREAS, the City required the payment of fees and the execution of aStrand eet Opening Permit and the posting of approvable construction plans thereinreg ard; WHEREAS, the City's permit ordinance stipulates that: "Section 14: Insprtment of the City for inspection ection and Accepta-n_ce. The permittee must apply to the - Depao£ Public Works of the work to determine compliance with the. requirements of this ordinance, prior to final acceptance of the work. The permittee shall not be relieved of Obligations n:nder any performance or cash bond posted pursuant to the previsions hereof until the n._', has been accepted by work is in accordance wifh the terms of the permit s- said depaj:tment; the pere%ittee shall further ammaintenance bond, but not a - obligated through a 1meceeding period which may be required by the City, one year from the date of acceptance of the work. This is a 24' public street with no parking on a 30 foot right-of-way which is otherwise constructed to standard. I recommend these public street improvements be accepted. IC
