A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL EXTENDING THE DUE DATE FOR
PAYMENT OF WARRANT' FOR HILLVIEW LID (/119).
WHEREAS, a warrant in the amount of $13,000 is due and payable on :
July 31, 1982 for Hillview LID #19; and
WHEREAS, bonds for this LID will not be sold until September, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1: The due date for warrant for the Hillview LID 1119 be
extended from July 31, 1982 to September 30, 1982 to allow time for the
sale of bonds.
Section 2: The Finance Director is hereby directed to present this
resolution to the U.S. Bank, Tigard Branch, to facilitate the time
C` extension requested.
