A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY OF TIGARD'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE
REVENUES.
WHEREAS, the Oregon Revised Statues (ORS) require the City to declare
its intention to receive state revenue sharing funds.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City of Tigard hereby elects to
receive state revenues for fiscal year 1982-83.
