A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL CORRECTING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NO
82-37 AND ALSO A PORTION OF 82-52.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council hereby deems it necessary to correct
Section 2 of Resolution No 82-37 and that portion of 82-52 reading From Sewer
Fund - City Wide Support Function Contingency to City Wide Support Function
Materials b Services; and From Federal Revenue Sharing Fund Policy &
Administration - Materials 6 Services.
NOW THEREFORE, THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That item 2 of Resolution 82-37 be corrected to read: that
$15,000 is transferred from; Services Capital Expense Items to
Materials & Services for Engineering services related to
developing the Public Facilities component of the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
Section 2. That the portion of Resolution No. 82-52 "From Sewer Fund City
Wide Support Function - Contingency" be corrected to $29,985;
also, "City Wide Support Function, Materials S Service" be
corrected to $32,688.
Section 3. That the portion of Resolution 82-52 "From Federal Revenue Sharing
Fund City Wide Support Function, Contingency to Policy
Administration Materials 6 Services" be corrected to "Policy 5
Administration, Personal Services".
