A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL INITIATING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISION
AND A ZONE CHANGE FOR THE GREENWAY TOWN CENTER
WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Plan Revision to Commercial-Retail and
Zone Change to C-3 (General Commercial) would more appropriately indicate the
land uses for the Greenway Town Center, and,
WHEREAS, by authority of Section 18.84.030 (D) of the Tigard Municipal
Code (TMC) the City Council may initiate the Comprehensive Plan Revision and
Zone Change.
NOW, THEREFORE,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tigard, a municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon that:

Section 1: The Council, pursuant to Section 18.84.030 (d) of the Tigard
Municipal gide (TMC) hereby initiates proceedings for a
comprehensive plan revision to Commercial-Retail and Zone Change to C-3 (General
Commercial) for the Greenway Town Center.
Section 2: The Council directs the Neighborhood Planning organization
(NPO #7) and the Planning Commission to review the Comprehensive
Plan Revision and Zone Change, and submit their recommendation to the City Council
, pursuant to Section 18.84.070 (b) and 18.84.100.
