RESOLUTION No. 82�� I
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REPEALING RESOLUTION No. 82-42 AND
TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council hereby deems it necessary to repeal
resolution no. 82-42; and
WHEREAS, at the time of budget preparation there were expenditures which
were unanticipated that the City of Tigard has since then experienced; and
WHEREAS, also at the time of budget preparation there were more revenues
expected from the General Fund sources than have been received.
NOW THEREFORE, THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The following funds must be transferred for legal fees, taxes on
the Crow property, other unanticipated expenditures, and
reallocating funds which are necessary due to a downturn in
General Fund revenue sources.
