RESOLUTION No. 82-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING LOWANA MURRAY AS A DEPUTY
CITY RECORDER FOR MUNICIPAL COURT RELATED PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Lowana Murray is the new Assistant Court Clerk and should be
appointed to fill the capacity of Deputy City Recorder for processing
Municipal Court related documents.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: Lowana Murray, an employee of the City of Tigard, is hereby
appointed as Deputy City Recorder for Municipal Court related
purposes and is authorized to witness signatures on compliants
on behalf of the City Recorder in the event of the absence or
unavailability of the City Recorder.
