RESOLUTION NO. 82--?
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY RECORDER TO EXECUTE A TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council that it is in the best
interest of the public for the City to implement installation of a traffic con-
trol signal on S.W. Durham Road at Upper Boones Ferry Road; and
WHEREAS, the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of
Transportation, Highway Division, and the City of Tigard, Oregon, can provide, '
through an Agreement, the most efficient means of accomplishing said installa-
tion.
NO[-, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
The Mayor and City Recorder are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
between the State of Oregon and the City to facilitate installation of said
signal.
