RESOLUTION NO. 82- 24
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGRAD CITY COUNCIL CALLING FOR REVIEW ON
ITS OWN MOTION OF CONDITIONAL USE CU 4-82, TIM SETTLEMIRE.
WHEREAS, a decision of the Planning Commission under TMC
18.84.050(b) may be reviewed by the City Council on its own
motion under TMC 18.84.250 (b) (2) ; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after a public hearing,
unanimously approved CU 4-82 on March 2, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council in the interest of public
safety and protecting the best interests of the city will review
the proposal. to insure traffic safety in the area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is providing this notice of
review within fourteen (14) days of the final decision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIGARD as follows:
(a) That the City Council does hereby seek review of the
Planning Commission's decision on CU 4-82 taken March 2, 1982;
(b) That the City Council review will be confined to the
record of the proceedings, will be limited to the grounds relied
on in this Notice of Review, and will be the subject of written
argument only, as provided by TMC 18.84.290(b) .
