Resolution No. 82-11 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON i RESOLUTION No. 82- 11 ; A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REPEALING RESOLUTION No. 81-115 AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS FOR EXPENDITURES WHICH WERE UNFORSEEN AT THE TIME OF BUDGET ADOPTION. III WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council wishes to repeal Resolution No. 81-115 in its entirety; and WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council finds it necessary to transfer funds for unforseen expenditures which were partically caused by moving expenses and staffing reorganization. NOW, THEREFORE, t BE IT RESOLVED, that the Tigard City Council transfers the funds as set forth below, and also repeals in its entirety, Resolution No. 81-115.
