CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION No. 81--L/3
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING STAFF APPROVAL OF CERTAIN REFUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard requires various fees, deposits and bonds from developers,
contractors, businessmen and citizens for such items and services as site plan review,
building plan reviews and permits, variances from City ordinances, preparation of
transcripts, street vacation deposits, street opening 'permits, political signs, business
licenses, sewer bills,and various other fees; and
WHEREAS, partial refunds and total refunds of the aforementioned fees, deposits
and bonds are frequently necessary; and
WHEREAS, there are numerous requests to the City Cuuncil for refunds, and
the Council agendas are frequently length and need to be streamlined, and the
majority of the requested refunds are for amounts of $1,000 and less. °
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Tigard, that the following staff persons
be hereby authorized to approve refunds in the noted amounts:
Department Heads $. 0 - $ 100
Finance Director $101 - $. 500
City Administrator $501 - $1000
