l-A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING P
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. URCHASING OF SURVEYING EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City has authorized expenditures for personal services in
engineering as surveyors; and
WHEREAS, a more efficient method of performing the same function by sub-
stituting surveying equipment for personal services has been worked out; and
WHEREAS, the need for this equipment is immediate and an emergency exists.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT: an emergency exists and that
certain surveying equipment, for which five quotations have been obtained, be purchases
in the amount of $4950.00 and that the following described transfer, in the amount
indicated, is hereby made.
