\\ RESOLUTION No. 81— 98
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING AND EXECUTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE
AGREEMENT WITH BOB JEAN, CITY ADMINISTRATOR.
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Tigard deems it necessary to execute
an administrative agreement with City Administrator Bob Jean to
set forth the terms of his employment with the City of Tigard.
Section 2: The City Council of the City of Tigard hereby adopts the attached
Exhibit "A", administrative agreement with Bob Jean, City Administrator,
and authorizes the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City Council.
