CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 81-_V
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENTS KNOWN AS PANORAMA SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF S.W.
121ST AVENUE AND NORTH OF 14ANZANITA COURT.
WHEREAS, the City Executed a Sanitary Sewer Compliance Agreement, dated
June 23, 1980, with Henry B. Williams, to install a public sanitary sewer line
and appurtenances thereto, to specified standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Council tentatively accepted the aforsaid improvements,
via Resolution 80-78, subject to the normal one year guarantee period; and
WHEREAS, a (cash)maintenance bond has been on file as required by said
agreement, ensuring continued maintenance of the work throughout the one year
guarantee period; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has issued certification that the
specified terms and conditions of said agreement and bond have now been sat-
isfactorily completed;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, hereby
accepts the public main line sanitary sewer improvements known as the Panorama
Sanitary Sewer Extension;
AND FURTHER, the City Council herein authroizes release of the aforsaid
(cash) maintenance bond.
