A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 81-68 BY CHANGING THE ASSIGNED NUMBER OF THE
TIGARDVILLE HEIGHTS LID.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to change the assigned number for the
Tigardville Heights LID due to duplication of numbers.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD
AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That the City Council does hereby deem it expedient and necessary to change
Resolution No. 81-68 to show that Tigardville Heights LID will be known
as LID #28 from this time forward.
