RESOLUTION No. 811
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE
REVENUES.
WHEREAS, the Oregon Revised Statues (ORS) require the
City to declare its intention to receive state revenue shar-
ing funds.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City of Tigard hereby
elects to receive state revenues for fiscal year
1981-82.
