RESOLUTION NO. 81-_3
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE AD VALOREM TAX LEVY FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1982.
WHEREAS, hearings have been held on the budget document and
consideration given to matters discussed at the public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
The City Council of the City of Tigard hereby levies the taxes
provided for in the adopted budget in the aggregate amount of
$742,383.00 , and that these taxes are hereby levied upon all
taxable property within said district as of 1:00 a.m., January 1,
1981. The following allocations constitute the above aggregate
levy:
General Fund $566,000
Bike Levy $100,000
Tigard Community Youth Service $ 66,383
Loaves and Fishes $ 10,000
