A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING APPOINTMENT OF CITY ATTORNEY. }
i
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tigard voted May 4, 1981
to appoint Edward J. Sullivan, of the firm O'Donnell, Rhoades, Gerber,
Sullivan S Ramis, as City Attorney for the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, no formal resolution acknowledging the appointment was
made at that time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL that
Edward J. Sullivan be appointed as City Attorney of the City of Tigard
effective June 1, 1981.
