RESOLUTION No. 81—
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL FIXING INCREASED SEWER USER FEES.
WHEREAS, the Unified Sewerage Agency will increase their fees for sanitary
sewer user charges by $.75 per month per dwelling unit; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has determined to increase their fees for
sanitary sewer user charges by $.75 per month per dwelling unit to cover increased
costs; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has determined to charge a fee for sewer user
charges of $1.00 per month per dwelling unit for storm water control.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Tigard City Council hereby adopts new sewer user
fees to be charged each month per each dwelling unit beginning July 1, 1981 as follows:
Current rate $6.00
USA Increase .75
City Increase .75
Storm Water Increase 1.00
NEW MONTHLY TOTAL $8.50
