RESOLUTION No. 81-SS
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RECOGNIZING, COMMENDING AND EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION FOR THE DEVOTED PUBLIC SERVICE, OF JOE BAILEY IN HIS ROLE AS
LEGAL COUNSEL.
WPEREAS, Joe Bailey has effectively served the public as a City of.Tigard
Legal Counsel for 6 years; and
WHEREAS, Joe Bailey's dedication to the welfare and future of the City has
been instrumental in causing the City of Tigard to become a better place in
which to live; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council wishes to Praise Joe Bailey for his
commendable work in litigation and support to staff and Council; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council wishes to record and recognize the many
contributions tnat Joe Bailey has made to the City of Tigard through his
unselfish, devoted and professional application of time and talents in behalf
of the City:
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The City Council hereby expresses its sincere appreciation
to Joe Bailey in behalf of the residents of the City of Tigard
and.the.greater Tigard area for hia years of devoted service
Section 2: A copy of this resolution shall be presented to Joe Bailey and
`$ this resolution shall be spread upon the journal of the City as
a permanent record of the dedicated service of Joe Bailey.
