RESOLUTION NO. 81-�
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE TIGARD BUDGET COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Oregon Law requires that the Tigard Budget Committee
consist of five Councilmen and an equal number of resident property
owners; and
WHEREAS, due to expiring term of office, there will be two
vacancies on the Tigard Budget Committee. €
NOW, THEREFORE, f
BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
section 1: The following listed persons are appointed to the
Tigard Budget Committee for the term of office as
indicated.
Phil Edin Term expires December 31, 1983
James G. Smith Term expires December 31, 1983
