CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT OF THE CITY OF TIGARD TO ACQUIRE JURISDICTION
OVER A PORTION OF SW 66TH AVENUE.
SJHEi:EAS, pursuant to 373.270 ORS., the City Council of the City of g
Tigard, Oregon deems it necessary, expedient and in the best interest of
the City to assume j-risdiction over that portion of 66th Avenue being
described approximately as follows:
All the land within the right-of-way boundaries of 66th
Avenue Frontage Road lying; westerly of and parallel to
Pacific Highway, State Primary Highway No. 1, from
approximately opposite Highway Engineer's Station 63 + 30
to Station 85 + 30 of said Pacific Highway, lying in
Section 1, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette
Meridian, Washington County, Oregon.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard:
(a) That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded by the
City Recorder to the State of Oregon, Department of
Transportation, Highway Division; and
s (b) The Mayor and City Recorder are herewith authorized by the
City Council to execute any documentation that may be

necessary to complete the aformentioned acquisition.(Exhibit A)
