Resolution No. 81-03 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 81-.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING LOREEN WILSON AS DEPUTY CITY RECORDER
AND AUTHORIZING HER TO ACT AS CITY RECORDER IN CERTAIN
CIRCUMSTANCES.
The office of the City Recorder of the City of Tigard is
held by Doris Hartig. Because it may be necessary from time to
time for her to be away from the City or away from the City Hall
or a meeting of an official City body at a time when it would be
valuable for the City to have available to the Mayor, City Council
or staff the office of the City Recorder, the City Council has
determined that Loreen Wilson should be named Deputy City Recorder
and by resolution formally appointed to that capacity, so that on
such occasions as the City Recorder shall not be present the office
of the City Recorder may still perform its function.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
Loreen Wilson is hereby named Deputy City Recorder.
By virtue of this office she is empowered by the
City Council to act as City Recorder at any time
in the absence of the City Recorder, Mrs. Hartig.
