CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 80-`,�6-
RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED
WITHIN SUDL*-_MRFIELD NO. 10 SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance r.equres subdividers to
install streets, sidewalks, street lights, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, under-
around utilities and other public facilities for the development of subdivisions;
and
WHEREAS, the City further required the payment of fees and the execution
Of a Compliance Agreement which stipulates that:
"Upon receipt of certification by the Department of Public Works
that all requirements have been met and a One Year Maintenance
Bond, the City Council agrees to accept the public improvements,
subject- to the requirements for correction of deficiencies r.rd
maintenance for a period of one year..."; and
WHEREAS, said Certification has now been received; and
WHEREAS, the original performance bond has remained in full force and
effect beyond the normally required maintenance period of one year, and
WHEREAS, the deficiencies which were required to be. corrected therein have
been repaired;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon hereby
accepts the public improvements constructed within Summerfield No. 10 Subdivision,
said subdivision being recorded in Book 40 on Page 3 in Washington County, Ore-or,
Plat Records.
AND FURTHER, the City Council herewith authorizes release of the aforsai.d
bond.
