RESOLUTION No. 80- p I
RESOLUTION OF TIGARD CITY COUNCIL PROVIDING FOR A REDUCTION OF THE 14AINTENANCE
GUARANTEE BOND FOR LAUNA LYNDA SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, a request has been received relative to (previous) policy of the City
of Tigard, Oregon, and to the Subdivision Compliance Agreement executed between
the City of Tigard, Oregon, and Mr. Gordon D. & Thelma R. Carpenter, principals
thereinregard Launa Lynda Park Subdivision; whereby said agreement and (past)
City policy required provision of a one year guarantee bond to the City by the
principal(s) in the sum of fifty percent (50%) of said subdivisions improvement
cost; and, whereas such was provided to the City by the principal(s); and,
whereas, thereafter, City policy was modified requiring such bonds to be posted
in the sum of twenty percent (207) of subdivision(s) improvement costs;
NOW, THEREFORE,
Be it resolved that the City Council acknowledges the aforsaid principal(s)
request, to reduce said bond from fifty percent (507) to twenty percent (207),
as being reasonable and orders staff to act to facilitate such substitution
in behalf of the principal($). /
