A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL SETTING ASIDE FUNDS IN A TRUST ACCOUNT
FOR BANDSTAND CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has received $2,500 from the Friends of the
Park for Bandstand construction; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council wishes to set this money aside in a trust
account; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to restrict the fund balance as well as any
interest earned on those funds.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The designated funds relating to Bandstand Construction Trust Account
No. 05-107 in the 1980-81 budget is to be restricted in the fund
( balance as well as any interest earned on those funds from November,
`. 1979 and in the future.
