CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION No. 80-35
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TRANSFERRING FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council is aware that the debt repayment
for all general obligation bonds is contracted for by Unified Sewerage
Agency; and
WHEREAS, the debt bond fund has an excess of $27,698,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The fund balance in the Debt Bond fund as of June 30, 1980,
Plus any interest earned, is hereby transferred to the
General Fund.
