A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 80-34.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has adopted Resolution No. 80-34 on April
28th, 1980 setting aside a trust account for Library construction
(Account No. 6.5.1); and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to restrict the fund balance as well as any
interest earned on those funds.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The designated funds relating to a Library Construction Trust
Account ({16.5.1) in the 1979-80 budget is to be restricted in the
fund balance as well as any interest earned on those funds in the future.
