Resolution No. 80-35 , CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. 80— g-5- RESOLUTION SRESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED f. , - WITHIN STRATFORD SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO HEREIN SPECIFIED CONDITIONS. a WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance requires subdividers to install streets, sidewalks, street lights, curbs, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, underground utilities and other public facilities for the development of subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City has required the payment of fees and the execution of a Compliance Agreement which stipulates that: "Upon receipt of certification by the Department of Public Works : that all requirements have been met and a One Year Maintenance ' Bond, the City Council agrees to accept the public improvements, subject to the requirements for correction of deficiencies and +' maintenance for a period of one year....;and WHEREAS, said Certification has now been received, subject to correction of hereinbelow listed deficiencies; and .' k.' WHEREAS, the subdivider has indicated a desire to retain the subdivision y; performance bond in full force and effect throughout the aforesaid maintenance period, in lieu of submitting a separate maintenance bond. s; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon hereby accepts the public improvements constructed within Stratford Subdivision, said sub— division being recorded in Book 41 on Page 8 in Washington County, Oregon, Plat Records, subject to: rY 1) Repair and/or replacement of all items stipulated therein the attached Exhibit "A" (letter dated 10-26-79 to Mr. David E. Sidewalk replaced at 15595 SW 33th Avenue, on the South side of the lot. S. Sidewalk replaced at 15510 and 15000, 15705 and 15'^5 STT Stratford Loop. 6. Sidewalk te,laced at 15310 SIT Avon Court (fro,en concrete). ^: 7. Driveway apron_ replaced at 3505, 3335, 8855 and ^315 SU Hamlet Street. S. Curb replaced at the North end of 3.: 33th Avenue, east side. 9. Curb replaced at the rain drain at 15705 ST.-7 Stratford Loop. 10. Curb removed and repaired at 15790 SW Stratford Loop. 11. Wheelchair ramp repaired at the northeast corner of SW 38th Avenue and SW Avon_ Court. 12. A.C. asyhalt replaced on ST-7 Avon Court. 13. Asphalt curb to extend from S.7 Durham Roan to concrete curb on SW QSth Avenue. 14. SW Aeon Court needs to be cleaned. 15. All storm sewers need to be cleaned and flushed. 16. Sanitary sewer M ?)s D-2, D-2-1, D-2-3 and D-2-4 have infiltration problems which reed to be repaired. `. 17.
