A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL SETTING ASIDE FUNDS IN A TRUST ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has adopted a budget which sets forth funds
to be used for Library construction. (account No. 6.5.1); and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to set this aside in a trust account,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT: the total amount of $5,973
be set aside in a trust account for the purpose of new library construction.
