Resolution No. 80-11 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION No. 80- j1 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FOR UNFORESEEN EXPENDITURES. WHEREAS, the City has experienced unforeseen expenses which were not contemplated at the time of budget+adoption; and WHEREAS, the need for these separate expenses has been determined to be essential for the operation of the city.
