A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY ,.UNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENTS IMOWN AS THE SHADOW HILLS SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, GFNERALL� LOCATED NORTH OF
BULL MOUNTAIN ROAD AND WEST OF 112TH AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City executed a Sanitary Sewer : .ipliance Agreement, dated
March 27, 1978, with Edwards Industries, Inc., to install a public sanitary sewer
line and appurtenances thereto, to serve a residential subdivision, to specified
standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Council tentatively accepted the aforsaid improvements,
via Resolution #79-12, subject to the normal one year guarantee period; and
WHEREAS, a maintenance bond has been on file as required by said agreement,
ensuring continued maintenance of the work throughout the one year guarantee period;
and
1 WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has issued certification that the specified
terms and conditions of said agreement and bond have now been satisfactorily completed;
1 NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, hereby
accepts the public main line sanitary sewer improvements known as the Shadow Hills
Sanitary Sewer Extension;
AND FURTHER, the City Council herein authorizes release of the aforsaid
maintenance bond.

A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER k
IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS SHADOW HILLS SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, GENERALLY LOCATED ,
NORTH OF BULL MOUNTAIN ROAD AND WEST OF 112TH AVENUE, SUBJECT TO A ONE YEAR
MAINTENANCE PERIOD. f
WHEREAS, the City executed a Sanitary Sewer Compliance Agreement dated
March 27, 1978, with Edwards Industries, Inc., to install a public sanitary
sewer line and appurtenances thereto, to serve a residential subdivision, to i
specified standards; and j
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has now issued certification that all
terms and conditions specified by said agreement have been satisfactorily f
completed; and i
WHEREAS, an acceptable maintenance bond has been received by the City }
to permit release of the previously submitted performance bond, as allowed
by said contract, ensuring continued maintenance of the work throughout
a one year period.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, hereby
accepts the public main line sanitary sewer. improvement known as the
Shadow Hills Sanitary Sewer Extension.
SUBJECT TO, the normal one.year maintenance period.
AND FURTHER, the City Council herein authorizes release of the
perviously submitted performance bond therefor.
