A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REQUESTING AN ANNEXATION PETITION BE FORWARDED

TO THE BOUNDARY REVIEW COMMISSION. (SHORT TITLE - MORISSETTE - 115TH/ N. DAKOTA )-
i
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition for annexation of j
the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to the City; and jFt
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the procedures established j
by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple majority annexation statute. j

NOW, THEREFORE,
I
BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council acknowledges the receipt of this annexation
petition as.attached hereto and made a part hereof and recommends that it be
forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission
for a public hearing and adoption.
