RESOLUTION No. 80 -61
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REQUESTING AN ANNEXATION PETITION BE FORWARDED
TO THE BOUNDARY REVIEW COMMISSION. (SHORT TITLE - SATTLER DURHAM RD/HALL BLVD. ).
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition for annexation of
the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the procedures established
by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple majority annexation statute.
NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council acknowledges the receipt of this annexation
petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof and recommends that it be
forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission
for a public hearing and adoption.
