RESOLUTION NO. 79- 75
RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENTS, KNOWN AS THE SCHRAMM SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, CONSTRUCTED WITHIN AN EASEMENT
SUBJECT TO ONE YEAR MAINTENANCE PERIOD.
WHEREAS, the Cit:, executed a Sanitary Sewer Compliance Agreement, dated
October 27, 1978 with Schramm Plastic Fabricators Inc. to install a sanitary sewer
line, and appurtenances thereto, within an easement to specified standards; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has now issued certification that
all terms and conditions specified by said agreement have been satisfactorily
completed, and
WHEREAS, the developer has indicated a desire to retain the subdivision
performance bond in full force and effect throughout the aforsaid maintenance
period in lieu of submitting a separate maintenance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon
hereby accepts the public improvements, constructed within said easement known as
the Schramm Sewei Extension.
SUBJZCT TO, the normal one year maintenance perod.
AND FURTHER, the City Council herein authorizes release of the previously
submitted performance-bond therefor.
