CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION No. 79--24,-
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL CREATING A STREET PLUG AT THE WEST END
OF S.W. VARNS STREET TO ELIMINATE THROUGH TRAFFIC.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has been requested by the Citizens Action
Committee for the 72nd Avenue Interchange to place a street plug at the West end
of S.W. Varns Street; and
WHEREAS, the Council has also been requested to place signs at the East
entrance to S.W. Varns Street to install signs to prevent through traffic
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The City of Tigard will create a street plug at the West end
of S.W. Varns Street and will also install signs at the East
end of said street, which will prevent through traffic in the
Rolling Hills Subdivision.
