RESOLUTION No. 79—_Z
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL DECLARING SURPLUS MATERIALS TO BE
SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION,
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has surplus materials and supplies which
are no longer needed for operation; and
WHEREAS, there will be an auction at the Town & Country Days
celebration on August 4, 1979 at 1:00 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section l: The attached Exhibit "A" sets forth an itemized listing of
all surplus materials and supplies which are to be sold
at the Town & Country Days celebration auction on August
4, 1979 at 1:00 P.M. in Cook Park.
