RESOLUTION No. 79- 6S
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FRO14 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO EXPENDITURE ACCOUNTS
FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY ITEM.
WHEREAS, the need to purchase the following capital outlay item was not j
contemplated at the time of budget adoption; and
WHEREAS, the growth of the City has increased the paperwork to the point
of needing additional file space;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following described transfers, the amounts indicated, ate
hereby made for the purpose of providing funds for the above
referenced capital outlay purchase.
