RESOLUTION No. 79—5
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY ACCOUNTS TO EXPENDITURE ACCOUNTS
FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY ITEMS.
WHEREAS,the need to purchase the following capital outlay items was not
contemplated at the time of budget adoption; and
WHEREAS,the growth of the City has increased the paperwork to the point
of needing additional file space;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following described transfers, in the amounts indicated, are
hereby made for the purpose of providing funds for the above
referenced capital outlay purchase.
