A>RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY ACCOUNTS TO EXPENDITURE ACCOUNTS FOR
UNFORESEEN EXPENSES.
WHEREAS, the City has experienced unforeseen expenses which were not contemplated
at the time of budget adoption; and
WHEREAS, the need for these separate expenses has been determined to be essential
for the operation of the City. i
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT: the following dsecribed transfers,
in the amounts indicated, are hereby made for the purpose of providing monies for unforeseen
