RESOLUTION No. 79-_!3.1J
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO
COMMUNITY PROTECTION PLANNING (1.4.1), FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FOR PLANNING
CONSULTANTS AND A SECRETARY.
WHEREAS, the need for a planning consultant to review the subdivision,
MLP and zoning ordinances and make an evaluation of the one stop permit; and
a secretary to take minutes at the Planning Commission meetings was not
contemplated at the time of budget adoption; and
WHEREAS, unforeseen expenditures to pay a consulting engineer who did a
traffic study for Neighborhood Planning Organization #4 was not included in
78-79 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following described transfer, in the amount indicated, is
hereby made for the purpose of providing funds for the above
referenced planning consultants and secretary.
