RESOLUTION No. 79-�
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT
TO COMMUNITY PROTECTION, PLANNING, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING A MICROFILM
VIEWER.
WHEREAS, the need to purchase a microfilm viewer was not contemplated
at the time of budget adoption; and
WHEREAS, the need for a viewer has been determined to be essential for
up-to-date information retrieval.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT;
Section 1: The following described transfer, in the amount indicated,
is hereby made for the purpose of providing funds for the
above referenced capital outlay purchase.
