CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 79- +1
RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTED
WITHIN PENROSE TERRACE SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard required the subdivider to install streets, side-
walks, street lights, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, underground utilities and other
public facilities in the development of Penrose Terrace subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City has accepted the public improvements constructed therein
said subdivision, via Resolution No. 74-65, subject to completion of installation
of the sidewalks; and
WHEREAS, certification has been received from the Department of Public Works
that all improvements, including said sidewalks, are now installed; and
WHEREAS, no deficiencies remain to be corrected therein,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon hereby
accepts the public improvements constructed within Penrose Terrace Subdivision,
said subdivision being recorded in Book 29, on Page 45, in Washington County,
Oregon, Flat Records.
AND FURTHER, the City Council herewith authorizes release of the project bond.
