RESOLUTION NO. 79 a��
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
TO THE TIGARD BUDGET COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Oregon Law requires that the Tigard Budget Committee
consist of five Council members and an equal number of resident
property owners; and
WHEREAS, due to expiration of a term of office, there is one
vacancy on the Tigard Budget Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following person is appointed to the Tigard Budget
Committee for the term of office as indicated:
Wally Hoffman Terra Expiring 12-31-81
