A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PORTION OF S.W. TIGARD STREET AS A BICYCLE
PATH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Pursuant to the authority of 9 10.32.010 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Tigard, the City Council hereby designates that portion
of S.W. TIGARD STREET described below as a bicycle path;
S.W. TIGARD STREET BICYCLE PATH:
That portion of the public right-of-way known as S.W. TIGARD
STREET within the City of Tigard lying generally along the north-
easterly edge of S.W. Tigard Street,that is, on the right-hand side
of the lane set aside for traffic bound toward the intersection of
S.W. Tigard Street and S.W. Tiedeman Avenue, the said bicycle path
being approximately ten(10)feet in width and being marked at the
place where it meets the main-traveled portion of said S.W. Tigard
Street by raised circular discs and a painted white line.
