8- o,,,-A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PORTION OF S.W. GAARDE STREET AS A BICYCLE
PATH.
THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF TIGARD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Pursuant to the authority of S 10.32.010 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Tigard, the City CounciJ hereby designates thRt portion of
S.W. GAARDE STREET described below as a bicycle path;
S.W. GAARDE STREET BICYCLE PATH:
That portion of the public right-of-way known as S.W. Gaarde
Street within the City of Tigard lying generally along the northerly
edge of S.W. Gaarde Street, that is, on the right-hand side of the
lane set aside for traffic bound toward the intersection of S.W. Gaarde
Street and S.W. 121st.Avenue , the said bicycle path being approx-
imately six(6)feet In width and being marked at the place where it meets
the main-traveled portion of said S.W. Gaarde Street by raised circular
discs.
