A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PORTION OF S.W. MCDONALD STREET AS A BICYCLE
PATH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Pursuant to the authority of S 10.32.010 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Tigard, the City Council hereby designates that portion of
S.W. McDONALD STREET described below as a bicycle path;
S.W. McDONALD STREET BICYCLE PATH:
That portion of the public right-of-way known as S.W. McDonald
Street within the City of Tigard lying generally along the southerly
edge of S.W. McDonald Street, that is, on the right-hand side of the
lane set aside for traffic bound toward the intersection of S.W.McDonald
Street and S.W. Hall Blvd. , the said bicycle path being approximately
six(6)feet in width and being marked at the place where it meets the
main-traveled portion of said S.W. McDonald Street by raised circular
discs.
