CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PORTION OF S.W.GRANT AVENUE AS A BICYCLE
PATH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Pursuant to the authority of S 10.32.010 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Tigard, the City Council hereby designates that portion
of S.W. GRANT AVENUE described below as a bicycle path;
S.W. GRANT AVENUE BICYCLE PATH:
That portion of the public right-of-way known as S.W. Grant Avenue
within the City of Tigard lying generally along the southeasterly edge
of S.W. Grant Avenue, that is, on the right-hand side of the lane set
aside for traffic bound toward the intersection of S.W. Grant Avenue
an&SW. Tigard Street, the said bicycle path being approximately eight
(8) feet in width and being marked at the place where it meets the
main-traveled portion of said S.W. Grant Avenue by raised circular disks
and a painted white line.
