RESOLUTION NO. 78- C $ `
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PORTION OF SW GREENBURG ROAD AS A BICYCLE PATH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Pursuant to the authority of 510.32.010 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Tigard, the City Council hereby designatez that portion
of SW Greenburg Road described below as a bicycle path.
GREENBURG ROAD BICYCLE PATH
That portion of the public right-of-way known
as SW Greenburg Road within the City of Tigard
lying generally at the north and east edge of
SW Greenburg Road, that is, on the right-hand side
of the lane set aside for traffic bound away from
the intersection of SW Greenburg and Pacific
Highway and toward the Greenburg Road/Highway 217
interchange, the said bicycle path being approximately

feet in width and being marked at the place
where it meets the main-traveled portion of
Greenburg Road by raised circular discs.
