RESOLUTION No. 78--a:i-
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY
TO COMMUNITY PROTECTION (1.4.1) FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENGAGING A
PLANNING CONSULTANT.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined to engage a
planning consultant to review the subdivision, MLP and zoning
ordinances and make an evaluation of the one stop permit system;
and
WHEREAS, the need to provide for said consultant was not
contemplated at the time of budget adoption.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following described transfer, in the amount
indicated, is hereby made for the purpose of
providing funds for the above referenced Planning
Consultant's review.
